Returns & exchanges

NDS the Label will accept returns within 14 days of shipping date on all merchandise unless otherwise stated. If you would like to request a return email customercare@ndsthelabel.com. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached in order to complete your return or exchanged. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label for your order. Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used for your original purchase. 

Due to our made-to-order business model, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please follow the procedure for a return and place a new order for the item you would like.
